1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Weevz.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or send inappropriate content to other users
Impersonate another person
Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit the matching system
Use the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation
Violate any applicable law while using the service

3. Data & Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption and access controls appropriate to the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Weevz includes AI-assisted features such as chat, Mind Profile building, people discovery, avatar generation, and optional recorded voice features. You may chat casually or ask to look for people. Search allowances limit requests, not guaranteed connections. Suggestions do not guarantee suitability, availability or a reply. A search does not send a connection request. Send a Weave to request a connection; the recipient must accept before you can chat.

Live Talk is not available in this release. Recorded voice features may be available subject to your plan and platform.

These features may produce outputs that are incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for important personal, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions. You remain responsible for how you use the service and what information you choose to share.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through supported mobile app storefronts in supported regions.

Pricing, taxes, currency conversion, and availability may vary by country/region and storefront.

Billing, renewals, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase policies and applicable law.

6. Service Availability

Weevz is available in selected countries and regions. Features and subscription options may vary by country, platform, and storefront.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required for safety, abuse prevention, fraud control, or legal compliance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of London, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
